Bread'n a pan
Preparation - It's this easy!
Flour +
440 ml water + 4 table spoons of oil + 1 sachet of dry yeast
Ingredients:
Cornstarch*, wheat rice flour*, chickpea flour*, psyllium*, seasalt, apple fibre*
*organic
Amounts to 8 prepared leafs (a 55 g flour appr. 850 g prepared flour)
Sugar/Salt:
We have purposely omitted sugar from this product. It is lightly salted, so feel free to adjust to your own taste.
Preparation:
Put flour mix in a bowl, dry stir, then add 440 ml water + 4 table-spoons of oil and the dry yeast.
If you prefer more salt in your mix, may add it now.
Work the dough with a mixer until consistently smooth, cover the bowl and place it somewhere warm for at least 20 minutes.
Heat up a non-stick-pan (without any oils/fats)
Sprinkle some flour onto your work surface, moisten your hands, form your breads, spread oil/butter or vegan spread onto them, place in pan and heat up for 3-5 minutes on each side at medium heat.
Allow cool off before consumption.
A tip for off-the-beaten-path usage:
moisten hands, form flat bread, spread oil/butter and place directly into your pan over your open fire!
